- Stormwater Improvements Project #2026-014 - Award Recommendation<br>The City of Greer Engineering Department solicited sealed bids from qualified offerors for Stormwater Improvements on Ebbitt Court, Glenwillow Court, and Carolina Avenue. The project cost was budgeted in the Stormwater Fund. The bid opening was held on March 12, 2026, at 11 a.m. A total of four (4) bids were received. Please see attached bid summary for reference.
