2. RZ 26-07 - Jackson St.<br>A request to rezone one (1) parcel on Jackson Street from Suburban Neighborhood (SN) to Traditional Neighborhood (TN) in order to split the lot in two and build single family residences.
3. AN 26-07 - W Wade Hampton Blvd. & S Suber Rd.<br>A request to annex two (2) parcels on S Suber Rd. and W Wade Hampton Blvd. and establish a zoning classification of Commercial Corridor (CC) in order to build a gas station & convenience store.

RZ 26-06 - Arlington Rd., Victor St., & Harris St.A request to rezone two (2) parcels located at 403 Arlington Rd., Victor St., and Harris St. from Commercial Corridor (CC) and Medium Density Residential (MD) to Office Professional (OP) in order to build an addition to the existing church on the property and add parking (with the Downtown Entryway overlay being extended to cover both properties.
5. REV 26-03 - Green Harvest Way (Net Zero Farms Phase II)<br>A request to approve a major revision to the Net Zero statement of intent to allow for the development of townhomes in Phase II of the subdivision.
