1. <strong><u>Z-15-2025</u></strong><br>Application by the City of Greenville for a <strong>TEXT AMENDMENT</strong> of Article 19-2, Zoning Districts, and Article 19-3, Use Regulations, of the Greenville Development Code to establish a new entertainment district overlay and to establish citywide spacing requirements for establishments serving alcohol between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. and for a <strong>REZONE </strong>to apply the overlay to those properties situated between College Street and Beattie Place to the north, East and West McBee Avenue to the south, Richardson Street to the west, and North and South Spring Street to the east.
