- Motion to approve first reading an Ordinance authorizing the City of Georgetown, South Carolina, to enter into an installment purchase transaction to finance the costs relating to the acquisition, construction, renovation, and equipping of a city hall facility; authorizing the execution and delivery of various documents relating to such transaction including the base lease agreement and the installment purchase and use agreement; approving the issuance of not exceeding $[4,250,000] aggregate principal amount of installment purchase revenue bonds by the Georgetown public facilities corporation; delegating authority to certain city officials to effect such transaction and determine certain matters; authorizing the assignment of certain contracts to the Georgetown public facilities corporation; and other matters relating thereto.
- Motion to approve contract award to Ardurra Group Inc. to provide engineering services for the WTP- Hypochlorite Disinfection System Project No. 1610 for a total fee of $205,200.
- Motion to approve bid and award a contract to Allcon of Greenville Inc. for roof replacement work of one building at the Water Treatment Plant and two buildings at the Wastewater Treatment Plant for a total amount of $113,547.24.
- Motion to approve contract award to Ardurra Group Inc. to provide engineering services for the WTP- Rehabiltation of Old Basin Project No. 1611 for a total fee of $137,000.
- Motion to approve award of tank maintenance contract to USG Water (Utility Service Co. Inc.) for a period of ten (10) years to maintain all three city-owned tanks for an initial payment of $44,738 in FY 2026. The work will include annual inspections, condition assessment reports, washouts and sanitizing, interior and exterior renovations.
