2. Motion to approve a contract in the amount not to exceed $151,430.00 to Utility Technology Engineers-consultants (UTEC) for electric engineering services for the Black River Road Widening project.
3. Motion to adjourn Regular Meeting and enter into Executive Session pursuant to Section 30-4-70 (a)(1)(2) and (5) to discuss appointment(s) for the city’s Boards & Commissions, to receive legal advice on procedural and other matters covered by the attorney-client privilege, and to receive legal advice concerning a contract for the proposed sale of property in the City.
4. Motion to approve the purchase of a New Altec LR8-60E70 Tree Bucket Truck and make payment to Altec Industries in the amount of $232,238.00.
