(TMS#: 05-0025-025-00-00) within the GC Zoning District and the Urban Core Design Overlay. The wall sign for “City Hall” will be amended to say, “Clarence C. Smalls City Hall”, increasing the size from the previously approved 12” x 8’1” to 40 ½” x 7’5.5”.
