Motion to approve the construction bid, award, and make payments to Green Wave Contracting Inc. in the amount of $1,875,615 for the Willowbank Water Main Improvements Project #1519. <span style='margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;text-align:justify;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;'>The Project consists of replacing the aged and undersized 2-in. galvanized water distribution lines with new 6-in. and 8-in. PVC water lines in the Willowbank neighborhood.
  10. Motion to adjourn Regular Meeting and enter into Executive Session pursuant to Section 30-4-70(a)(1)(2) to discuss and receive legal advice related to a pending appeal in case number 2026-CP-22-00419 and to discuss the release of appointment(s) to the City Boards and Commissions.
