Discussion of potential text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), to include Article III: Definitions, Article IV: Establishment of Districts, Article V: Area, Yard, and Height Requirements, Article VI: Provisions Governing Use Districts, Article VII: Application of Regulations, Article VIII: General Provisions, Article IX: Nonconforming Use Standards, and to repeal and replace Article XIV: Redevelopment District Use Standards (REDD).
