  1. Approval of the Minutes from the August 3, 2026 Architectural Review Board Meeting
  2. ARB-2026-0038 – Request: Demolition and repairs at 419 Cannon Street. TMS# 05-0030-024-00-00. </span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'>Request to replace windows on the sides and rear of the home; possible replacement of seven (7) windows and raising several of them to ensure the same height at the top of the window frames. Applicant is also requesting approval to replace the doors, with wood doors, if replacements cannot be salvaged.
  3. ARB-2026-0042 –Request: Additions and repair for 1010 Highmarket Street. TMS# 05-05-0027-201-00-00. </span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'>Request to remove a section of the roof over the kitchen and rebuild on a slope. Applicant is also requesting permission to add a screened in back porch with guardrail, with an outdoor brick fireplace, add a bishop chimney cap to match that of existing ones, add 2 gas lanterns on either side of the front door, and replace the shutters.
  4. ARB-2026-0041 –Request: Demolition and repair for 212 Orange St. TMS# 05-0027-272-00-00. </span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'>Request to repair the gutters and demolish the rear section of the garage that traverses the property line, to include resecuring the existing structure where there is rot, and frame the back wall to close off from elements and apply siding. Rebuild the existing roof and add shingles to match that of the existing roof design.
  5. ARB-2026-0034 –Request: Alteration for 623 Front Street, Unit 215. TMS# 05-0029-112-01-15. </span></strong><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'>Request to replace four (4) windows, two of which are on the roof.
  6. ARB-2026-0040 –Request: Repair/alteration for 1013 Highmarket St. TMS# 05-0026-055-00-00. </span></strong><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'>Request to repair an existing dwelling, to include replacement of siding, windows and shutters, gutters, and the roof. Improvements will also include cleaning the foundation surface, repairing the porch railings and chimney, and replacing and relocating mechanical units.
