Ordinance No. 25-46 - AMENDING THAT CERTAIN “AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK,” BY AND BETWEEN GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, DATED AS OF JUNE 13, 2006, TO EXTEND THE NOT-BEFORE-TERMINATION DATE; AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER RELATED MATTERS (INTERNATIONAL PAPER REDEVELOPMENT).
4. An Amendment to the Stormwater Plan Review Fees, of the Georgetown County Budget FY2026, to correct a scrivener's error and correct fees shown incorrectly for an exempt item; no budget items or sums are being changed by this amendment.
