Resolution 2026-04, to approve the cooperative agreement between Greenville County and the municipality of Fountain Inn to obtain urban county status with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and appoint the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) as its agent for the purpose of administering any grant funds received as a result of the agreement.
  2. First and Final Reading of SP-2026-01, to Approve a Major Change to the Flexible Review District for Property Associated with the La Vida Apartment Development on Speedway Drive; and Various Matters Related Thereto.
  3. Minutes of the Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting on May 14, 2026
  4. Second and Final Reading of PZ-2026-01 to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Fountain Inn to Rezone the Property Located at 701 Fairview Street from GR-1, General Residential 1 District, to C-2, Commercial District; and Various Matters Related Thereto.
  5. For approval of the Fire Department Automatic Aid agreements with the following jurisdictions: Canebrake Fire Department, Clear Springs Fire Department, City of Simpsonville, and the South Greenville Fire Department.
  6. Trevor Hall, Public Safety Loss Control Consultant for the Municipal Association of South Carolina, to present the accreditation award to the Police Department.
  7. Second and Final Reading of AXZ-2026-03 would annex approximately 3.3 acres located at 1587 Scuffletown Road, TMS# 0555010102211, into the City limits of Fountain Inn; zone the property to R-C, Residential Conservation District; and assign the parcel to Council Ward 4.
  8. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2026-07, an ordinance to adopt a budget for the City of Fountain Inn for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027 (FY 2026-2027) according to the terms and provisions contained therein and various related matters.
