Second and final reading of Ordinance 2026-09, closing and abandoning a certain portion of a public way known as Add Court, extending southerly from its intersection with Babb Street to the terminus of the cul-de-sac, in the City of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; quitting and transferring the City's right, title and interest therein to the school district of Greenville County, the sole abutting owner; reserving certain easements and public uses to the City; and providing for related matters.
  6. Second and final reading of Ordinance 2026-08, to amend the City Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 11- licenses and business regulations by amending article VIII "Outdoor displays and cafes" and various provisions relating thereto.
  7. Representative Mark Willis will be presenting an award to Lieutenant Colonel Shawn A. Stankus of the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
  8. The appointment of Brooks Derrick to the Planning Commission, representing Ward 5, for the unexpired term ending December 31, 2027.
