6. Approval to award Tailwind Hospitality Inc. a contract to manage retail, food, and beverage concessions at Hilton Head Island (HXD) Terminal.
7. 2025/64: A Resolution approving a proposed Beaufort County Economic Development Corp. expenditure of Site & Jobs funds as a 50% match on a State Dept. of Commerce Site Enhancement Grant for the extension of natural gas infrastructure in the Beaufort Commerce Park, pending approval of the State grant award.Motion for approval failed 3:4 at the Finance, Administration, and Economic Development Committee Meeting on October 20, 2025.
