3. 2026/44: An Ordinance Amending the FY2027 Budget for Stormwater Utility Operations, Carryover Purchase Orders, Accommodations & Hospitality Tax projects, and Facility Operations. (PUBLIC HEARING)
4. 2026/45: An Ordinance Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute the Necessary Documents and Provide Funding for the Purchase of Real Property Identified as TMS Nos. R200-010-000-0340-0000, R200-010-000-021G-0000, and R200-010-000-0446-0000 from Brickyard Commons, LLC for the Royal Pines Stormwater Project in the amount of $3,475,000.(PUBLIC HEARING)
5. An Ordinance to reallocate remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds in the amount of $1,545,454.47 towards existing projects as obligated to the Department of Treasury.
6. 2026/48: An Ordinance amending the Beaufort County Code of Ordinances, Chapter74 - Building and Building Regulations, Section 74-64, Adoption of Building Codes (Amends Code of Ordinances to adopt the 2024 State Mandated Code Editions).
7. 2026/43: An ordinance to amend Ordinance 2026/29 to authorize the transfer of funds. (PUBLIC HEARING)
8. Recommend approval to fund due diligence and negotiate terms of acquisitions for the following proposed Green Space Program applications: V&R Investment Tract, Seaside Oaks Tracts, and Okatie Bluff Road Tracts
9. 2026/46: An Ordinance Authorizing the County Administrator or negotiating authority in accordance with Resolutions 2019/44 and 2021/20 to execute any and all necessary documents for the acceptance of Right of Way and/or Temporary Construction Easement properties as shown on EXHIBIT A Pages 1-4 associated with the Sidewalks and Multi-use Pathways – Safe Routes to Schools and EXHIBIT A Pages 5-8 associated with the Lady’s Island Corridor Traffic Improvements.(PUBLIC HEARING)
