- 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC for legal services in connection with a litigation matter filed at the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, filed at G.D. 26-7380, and other legal services, for a not to exceed amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), payable over one (1) year. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/20/26)
- 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Clark Hill PLC for expert witness services for litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 22-005855, for an amount not to exceed Eleven Thousand Ninety-Nine Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($11,099.24) over one year. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/20/26)
- 4 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with West Group Law PLLC for legal consultation on pre-litigation and regulatory infrastructure matters and related services, for a not to exceed amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), payable over one (1) year. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/20/26)
