Daniel Lavelle has requested a briefing with City Council Members and their staff to discuss the creation of a Bridge Authority. TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2026 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 12:00 AM – 12:30 PM 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. Matt Singer, Sharon Werner, Jeff Skalican, Eric Setzler, and Zachary Workman will be in attendance. To manage each session and to prevent a quorum, please confirm attendance with the City Clerk’s Office by emailing cityclerksoffice@pittsburghpa.gov. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
