- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Patrick Goodfellow in an amount not to exceed THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND NINETY-THREE CENTS ($3,615.93) over one year, in full and final settlement of a claim (2026-CLAIM-0070) for damage to his parked vehicle near 54 Carrick Avenue from a City ES Recycling vehicle on February 2, 2026. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/13/26)
- 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Tomer Elbaz in an amount not to exceed THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($3,600.00) over one year, in full and final settlement of a claim (2026-CLAIM-0071) for damage to his parked vehicle near 3815 Hoosic Avenue from a City ES vehicle on January 8, 2026. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/13/26)
