- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company for legal services in connection with a litigation matter in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:22-cv-523-CRE for an amount not to exceed TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) over one year.
