- 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE SESSION Please be advised that an executive session has been scheduled regarding the following:
- 2 Resolution amending Resolution No. 587 of 2021, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Frost, Todd, Brown, LLC for legal assistance relating to real estate, public finance and municipal law. In addition, said firm will be available on an as-needed basis to provide consultation services” so as to allocate an additional Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to Frost Brown Todd LLC for a new total not to exceed of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00). - 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Comber Miller, LLC for legal services in connection with a police litigation matter at 2:18-cv-01567 for an amount not to exceed SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($6,554.00) over one year. (Executive Session held 6/25/24)
- 4 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of The Gateway Engineers, Inc. for expert witness services in connection with two matters filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G. D. 18-010289 and G. D. 18-010305 for an amount not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($50,000.00) over one year. (Executive Session held 6/25/24)
- 5 Finance Director Jennifer Gula, Deputy Finance Director Ian Fitzgerald, City Solicitor Krysia Kubiak and Assistant Solicitor Hillary Weaver will be in attendance.
