2. 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with the law firm of Citron Alex PC, in connection with matters to be heard before Pennsylvania’s Orphans Court, at a cost not-to-exceed Sixty-Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($60,000.00) over one (1) year. 3. 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Edward William Vaughn, Jr. in an amount not to exceed THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($3,000.00) over one year, in full and final settlement of a claim (24C-0110) for damage to his vehicle from a City DPW vehicle on April 22, 2024. 4. 4 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Bobby Spidell, Jr. in an amount not to exceed TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-ONE CENTS ($2,881.81) over one year, in full and final settlement of a claim (24C-0004) for damage to his parked vehicle from a City DPW vehicle on December 19, 2023.
