- 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Cliff Jobe Consulting LLC, in an amount not to exceed Ten-Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000) over 1 year, for expert witness services in connection with ongoing litigation, Case No. 2:24-cv-1234-PLD (Waiver of Competitive Process Received) (Executive Session held 12/3/24)
- 3 Assistant City Solicitor Hilary Weaver will be in attendance.
