- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Frost Brown Todd, LLC for legal services in connection with a sports facility usage fee tax dispute for an amount not to exceed FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($49,597.29) over one year. (Executive Session held 12/17/24)
- 3 City Solicitor Krysia Kubiak will be in attendance.
