- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of James Sheehan, Laureen O’Neill Sheehan and their attorneys, Goodrich and Geist, P.C., for a single payment in 2025 in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($150,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 22-001137.
- 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Shavontay Glover, and her attorneys, Allegheny Law Group LLC, for a single payment in 2025 in an amount not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($8,500.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Civil Division, at No. AR 24-000023.
