- 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Blake Consulting LLC, in an amount not to exceed Ten-Thousand Dollars ($10,000) over one (1) year, for expert witness services in connection with ongoing litigation, Case No. 2:24-cv-1234-PLD. (Executive Session held 2/18/25)
- 3 Assistant Solicitor Hilary Weaver will be in attendance.
