- 2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, in an amount not to exceed FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($40,000.00) over one year, for professional services in connection with immigration matters. (Executive Session held 4/15/25)
- 3 Assistant Solicitor Matthew Stidle will be in attendance.
