Briefing sessions are as follows: THURSDAY, JULY 17, 2025 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Deputy Mayor Jake Pawlak, Lisa Frank, Anthony Bilan and David Geiger will be in attendance. Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place.
