- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), to reimburse for the City's portion of a legal settlement. (Executive Session scheduled for 10/7/25)
- 3 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Nicole Freeman, and her attorney, David M. Landay, for a single payment in 2025 in an amount not to exceed TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($20,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 20-003993. (Executive Session held 10/7/25)
