1. 1 M E M O R A N D U M TO: PRESIDENT AND ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS FROM: KIMBERLY CLARK-BASKIN, CITY CLERK DATE: OCTOBER 3, 2025 SUBJECT: 2026 BUDGET OVERVIEW Please be advised that Council Budget Director McDevitt has requested a briefing with City Council Members and staff to give an informal high-level overview of the 2026 budgets.: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. To manage each session and to prevent a quorum, please confirm attendance with the City Clerk’s Office by emailing cityclerksoffice@pittsburghpa.gov. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
