- 2 Resolution amending Resolution 60 of 2026 authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Justin Hickox and their legal counsel, Steenland Law, PLLC, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), in full and final of an employment matter. (Executive Session held 3/24/26)
