- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Mary Ellen DeMarco-Ruby, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at No. GD 25-004124. (Executive Session held 4/28/26)
