- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company for legal services in connection with a litigation matter in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas filed at GD 25-1960 for an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) over one year. (Executive Session held 6/23/26)
- 3 Claims Manager Margaret Vitale will be in attendance.
