- 2 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of James Hieber and his attorneys, Ogg, Murphy and Perkosky, P.C., in full and final settlement of a litigation matter in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas filed at GD 23-000245 for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) over one year. - 3 Resolution authorizing the execution of a quitclaim deed conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the property located at 7217 Monticello Street in the 13th Ward of the City and designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block & Lot: 50 174-F-136, to Marvin Miller, for Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) relating to the full and final settlement of a case filed against the City and docketed at AR 25-009878. (Executive Session held 7/21/26)
- 4 Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Brian and Donna Albert for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($515,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 23-000081 and 22-013852. (Executive Session held 7/21/26)
