THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2026 LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 12:00 AM – 12:45 PM 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM Sunshine Laws prohibit a Council quorum at either session; however, Members’ staff may attend in their place. Sabrina Saunders Mosby, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vibrant Pittsburgh CEO will be in attendance.
