Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, and the Office of Management and Budget to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund for the Schenley Heights Pavilion at Robert E.
