NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED, that the City of Pittsburgh hereby honors the life and legacy of Mr. William Cary Allen and his enduring impact on our community. May his memory forever be a blessing, his spirit continues to inspire and his legacy remain alive in the hearts of all who knew him. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor and commend William Cary Allen for a job well done and an incredible legacy.
