NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate Streets on Carson on the occasion of its 10-year anniversary and commends Chef Matthew Christie, Lauren Christie, and their team for their contributions to the culinary and cultural life of the City of Pittsburgh; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby proclaims March 18, 2026, as “Streets on Carson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
