NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Commander Raymond “Ray” Rippole for his unwavering commitment, exemplary public service, and ongoing contributions to the safety and welfare across our communities; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh in gratitude and celebration, does hereby declare, Monday, December 22, 2025 to be “Ray Rippole Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
