NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor Council Member Theresa Kail-Smith for her exceptional service to the residents of the City of Pittsburgh and extends its warmest appreciation and best wishes for a fulfilling, joyful, and well-deserved retirement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, December 16, 2025 to be “Theresa Kail Smith Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
