This resolution serves to authorize only the amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, at a cost not to exceed Seven Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($7,100.00), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously executed agreement for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-of-Way phases of the project. Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
