NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh recognizes the dedication and hard work of the Youth Steering Committee of Humane Action Pennsylvania; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare November 18, 2025, as "YOUTH FOR HUMANE ACTION DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
