NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Matt Smith for his service to the City of Pittsburgh and his community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, September 27, 2025 to be “Matt Smith Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
