NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Makayla Reber for her extraordinary kindness, unwavering strength, and inspiring commitment to serving others despite the adversities she has faced; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, September 22, 2025 to be “Makayla Reber Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
