NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Melissa Kilmer for her commitment and dedication to her community; AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, September 20, 2025 to be “Melissa Kilmer Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
