NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize APOST and the importance of Out-of-School Time (OST); and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, July 16, 2025 to be “National Summer Learning Day” in the City of Pittsburgh
