NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate Justin Strong and Tim Guthrie for their significant cultural contributions and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, June 28th, 2025 to be “Shadow Lounge Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
