NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and salute the men and women of all backgrounds who have defended America and the world for 250 years, inspiring our youth and reminding us what unites us; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, June 28, 2025 as a day we honor the 250th Birthdays of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps and their service to our Country.
