Resolution authorizing the City’s acceptance of deeds conveying all right, title, and interest in parcels 0232-A-00266-0000-00, which is a vacant land parcel on a wooded hillside with no address located along Warsaw Street and Nimick Place Council District 9 and in the 13th Ward abutted by city-owned parcels, and 0046-J-00315-0000-00, which is a vacant land parcel with no address on Cutler Street in Council District 6 and in the 26th Ward abutted by a city-owned parcel to the City of Pittsburgh and authorizing the payment of One Dollar ($1) in exchange for the parcel.
