Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Chapter 210 of the City Code (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”), the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to accept a donation from Varonis of professional services to conduct an assessment of data security risks to the City of Pittsburgh, at an estimated market value of $40,000; and further to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with Varonis for such professional services. There is no cost to the City.
