NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Lou Martin and congratulates him for his 25 years in the ring; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Saturday, October 19, 2024 to be “Lou Martin Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
