Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into a lease, leases, sublease, subleases, and/or amendments for approximately 8,000 square feet at 294 Semple Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, with the lessee, the Oakland Planning and Development Corporation (“OPDC”), for the purpose of providing space to OPDC to provide various readiness and training programs for young people and adults, and public community meetings and events for a five (5) year period, at no cost to the City.
